Maria Löscher is the wife of the various Karl Löscher and therefore has been with the company since its beginnings. She fondly remembers the days when soldering and crimping were still done in the family home. And even today, she lends a hand wherever help is needed. She not only keeps track of things, but also knows how much effort really needs to be planned for a product. She is concerned about being on an equal footing and working well together - not only with regard to her own employees, but also with regard to the customers, because they are, after all, king.
